  • Telegram channels, Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, and community spaces;
  • Any additional components included in the Program description at the time of purchase.

Upon enrollment, the Student receives access to proprietary educational content and Program resources. Such access constitutes partial performance of the Company's obligations.

3. ONGOING DELIVERY OF PROGRAMS

Many Programs are delivered over a period of time and may include the scheduled release of lessons, educational materials, workshops, coaching sessions, community access, support services, and other Program Components.

The Company shall continue providing all scheduled Program Components in accordance with the published curriculum regardless of whether the Student chooses to access, participate in, attend, download, review, or otherwise utilize such materials and services.

The Company's obligation is fulfilled by making the Program and its components available to the Student.

A Student's decision not to participate, attend, access, complete, or utilize available Program resources shall not constitute a failure by the Company to provide the purchased services.

Student-Initiated Refusal to Participate

The Student may choose not to access Program materials, decline participation in Program activities, request that communications be limited, request that materials no longer be sent, leave community groups, discontinue use of a student portal, or otherwise elect not to engage with the Program.

Such decisions shall not relieve the Company of its obligation to continue delivering the Program in accordance with the published curriculum and schedule.

The Company reserves the right to continue providing access to lessons, educational materials, workshops, masterclasses, support services, and all other Program Components included in the purchased Program.

A Student's refusal to access, review, receive, participate in, or otherwise utilize available Program resources shall not be interpreted as a cancellation of services, a failure of delivery, or grounds for claiming that the Company ceased performance of its obligations.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, a Student's unilateral decision to discontinue participation in an ongoing Program shall not automatically entitle the Student to a refund where Program access, Educational Materials, support services, coaching, mentoring, workshops, masterclasses, community access, or other Program Components have already been provided or made available.

The Company may continue delivering Program Components and fulfilling its obligations under the Program regardless of whether the Student elects to participate in, access, review, or utilize such Program Components.

4. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND REQUESTS

A refund request may be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the original purchase date and prior to the commencement of the Program unless otherwise stated in the specific Program terms.

Once the Student has been granted access to Program Components, Educational Materials, coaching, mentoring, workshops, support services, community resources, or any other portion of the Program, any refund request shall be reviewed individually based on the specific circumstances of the case.

In reviewing such requests, the Company may consider, among other factors:

• Services already delivered;

• Coaching, mentoring, support, or consultation sessions conducted;

• Administrative services performed;

• Program participation;

• Community access provided;

• Communication history;

• The extent of the Company's performance of its obligations.

The Company will review refund requests within fourteen (14) business days from the date all necessary information is received from the Student.

The Company may request additional information, documentation, or clarification as part of its review process.

8. SUBJECTIVE DISSATISFACTION

The Company does not guarantee any specific financial, professional, personal, educational, or business outcomes.

Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, perceived value, pricing considerations, preferred learning style, pace of progress, subjective assessment of usefulness, personal opinions regarding the Program, or a belief that the Program is worth less than the purchase price shall not constitute grounds for claiming that services were not delivered or improperly delivered.

A Student's decision that the Program does not provide sufficient value for the price paid shall not constitute evidence of non-delivery, misrepresentation, or failure to perform by the Company.

9. PROGRAM CONTENT AND CURRICULUM

The Student acknowledges that the full scope of the Program, including all lessons, workshops, masterclasses, support services, educational materials, and Program Components, is disclosed before purchase.

All Program Components described on sales pages, enrollment pages, checkout pages, webinars, presentations, email communications, messaging applications, promotional materials, or other Company communications shall be deemed part of the purchased Program.

Refund processing times may vary depending on financial institutions, payment processors, and banking systems.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.

12. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The Student understands and agrees that educational success, career advancement, income generation, client acquisition, business growth, and other outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the Company's control, including the Student's effort, consistency, implementation, experience, skills, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding any specific outcome or result.

13. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing any Program, Course, Membership, Workshop, Mentorship, or other educational service offered by the Company, the Student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.

Certain Programs may offer the option to reserve a seat and temporarily lock in promotional pricing through the payment of a Reservation Fee.

  • Reservation of a seat in the Program;
  • Price protection for three (3) calendar days;

If the Student chooses not to continue enrollment after receiving the benefits described above, the Reservation Fee shall not be refunded.

Expiration of the reservation period, failure to complete enrollment, or a decision not to proceed with the Program shall not create any obligation for the Company to refund the Reservation Fee.
